HopperForge is evaluating a focused digital pilot for Pond Hopper Army Foundation, a veteran-led Texas nonprofit serving veterans, families, and communities through outdoor connection, mentorship, resilience, and purpose.

The recommendation

Start with a Founders Campaign landing page and lightweight fulfillment tracker. Keep PHAF’s existing website, Google Workspace, bank account, and Zeffy campaign in place while testing whether a clearer supporter experience and organized shirt workflow reduce administrative effort.

Approval first

This proposal does not authorize publication, domain changes, payment activation, communications, vendor purchases, or data collection. PHAF should review nonprofit, tax, donor-receipt, privacy, and fulfillment decisions with qualified human advisors before launch.
